On February 9, 2025, China Jushi launched the construction for the second phase of its Huai'an Carbon-neutral Intelligent Manufacturing Base, featuring a 100,000-ton electronic glass fiber production line and a 500MW supporting facility for wind power generation.
Shi Zhijun, Secretary of the Huai'an Municipal Party Committee, declared the commencement of the construction. Key attendees included:

· Liu Yan, Chairman of China Jushi
· Yang Guoming, President of China Jushi
· Gu Kun, Mayor of Huai'an
· Hong Ran, Secretary of the Lianshui County Party Committee
· Ye Zhi, Chairman of Hongruixing Technology.
Mayor Gu Kun presented the "Five Certificates" to Jushi. Cao Guorong, Vice President of China Jushi, chaired the ceremony.
This phase II project marks a pivotal advancement for Jushi to establish the world's first carbon-neutral intelligent manufacturing base in the fiberglass industry. The initiative will help optimize the layout of the Huai'an base, promote transformation and upgrading through digital and green production, accelerate Jushi’s endeavor to contribute to carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and enhance the company’s performance and competitiveness.
